Youth Peace Dialogue Symposium

The Youth Peace Dialogue Symposium was successfully conducted by Christian Agency for Peace and Development CAPaD in partnership with Funds Canadian d”Initiatives Locales/Canada Fund for Local Initiatives FCIL/CFLI under the theme, “Healing the past, Building the future: Youth as catalysts for Peace in Mogiri. The event brought together over 50+ young people, Youth leaders and coordinators of GPAA and Jonglei state in Juba to engage in constructive dialogue on peace-building, trust, and social harmony.

Event Overview:

The symposium provided a platform for youth to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore practical approaches to promoting peaceful co-existence within their communities. Discussions focused on the importance of mutual understanding, tolerance, and youth leadership in conflict prevention and peacebuilding efforts.
